Carlisle United fans are being invited to take part in a minute's applause in memory of David Wilkes at this month's clash between his former clubs.
United go to Barnsley on Saturday, November 18 in League One.
Barnsley-born Wilkes, who died this year, was a talented young player with the Yorkshire club before going on to become a hugely respected and long-serving youth coach at Carlisle.
He was 59 when he passed away on June 22, and the 59th minute of the game has been suggested for a tribute to the much-missed coach.
Wilkes' cousin Neil Parker is inviting fans of both clubs to participate in the tribute.
Afternoon all, Iām appealing to your fanbase to have a minutes round of applause at Barnsley versus Carlisle on the 18th November for my dear cousin who David Wilkes who sadly passed away 22nd June this year. 59th minute please. #bruntonbugle

It will be the second meeting of the clubs in recent weeks after United hosted Barnsley in the FA Youth Cup on October 31.
A minute's applause was also staged before that game in memory of Wilkes at Brunton Park.
The man who oversaw an extraordinary production line of home-grown talent at United in the 1990s is also remembered in a big supporters' flag at Brunton Park.
It features a picture of the coach with the words 'Part of the fabric of the club' - a line used by manager Paul Simpson to pay tribute to Wilkes after his passing.
