I met Paul when I moved down to London Him and Mathew became close friends and my daughter Stacey moved into the Copperfield pub with them when she worked there a nicer man I have yet to meet he will be sorely missed by everyone who has ever had the pleasure to meet him .We had many great times together and I will always remember him with a smile x x

I first met Paul in January 2011 during our training for Pizza Express. He was such a lovely man and became a good friend. I was utterly shocked to hear of his passing. I know I speak for all of us here at Pizza Express when I say sleep well Paul you will always be remembered.
