I first met Paul in January 2011 during our training for Pizza Express. He was such a lovely man and became a good friend. I was utterly shocked to hear of his passing. I know I speak for all of us here at Pizza Express when I say sleep well Paul you will always be remembered.

He was a lovely guy and I am so sad that he has been taken from us so early. I really liked him and send my sympathy to his partner and his family.
