The event on May 25, from 11am to 2.30pm, at the distillery, will teach people the distilling process, the history of gin, and the ‘bewitching’ story behind the Black Cat’s name.

The distillery said designing one’s gin will involve being introduced to a wide variety of botanicals, and getting their hands on an individual copper pot still.

As the gin is being made, you can enjoy a gin and tonic and some local charcuterie and cheese.

Once the gin is made, it will be bottled and ready to take home and enjoy.
