THE Carlisle branch of a UK men's suicide prevention charity is set to feature at 'The Clash of Carlisle' charity football match.
The match will see Carlisle United content creators The Last Ditch Podcast take on the Blue Army Podcast at Gretna FC's Raydale Park on Saturday, May 18, with all the money raised by the match going to mental health charity Mind.
Now it has been confirmed that the Carlisle branch of Andy's Man Club which meets every Monday at 7 pm will be present at the match to promote their message.
We’re delighted to welcome @andysmanclubuk’s carlisle branch to our charity game on May 18th!

Speaking previously, co-founder of The Last Ditch Podcast Oli Caig explained why the match had been organised and how it fits into their channel's mental health-promoting ethos.
"We saw other YouTube groups that have done charity matches in the past and we thought that it was definitely something that was attainable with the way that we were growing at the time, we were getting 200 subscribers over the course of a week or something like that.
"We interview a lot of footballers and in football mental health can be something that goes under the radar but we want to get the message out there for people who play football or just watch it to be more open about how they are feeling.
