Art, energy and movement
‘One of my favourite themes comes from the experience of learning Argentine tango dancing. I was first captivated by it in Italy and I have been dancing now for over 10 years,’ says artist Bella Green, whose new exhibition, It Takes Two, is at High Head Sculpture Valley and Gallery until August 16. Working in gouache (opaque watercolour), Bella’s paintings express the energy and movement of the dance and the relationship of the partners in the embrace. Born in Glasgow Bella now lives in Langholm. Visit www.highheadsculpturevalley.co.uk 016974 73552 fore more information.
