Sorry that things are so bad you have to cut your library service. We are a charity raising awareness and cultural ties with the children of Gaza. We have already taken medical and educational aid to gaza. A mobile libary service would be of great benefit to these children. If you could help please contact above email thanks.

WHY NOT LET THE POLICE IN CARLISLE HAVE THEM . IDEAL MOBILE POLICE OFFICE.MOUNT IT ON THE PAVEMENT IN ENGLISH STREET. BETTER THAN THE WHITE OLD BUILDING ON ENGLISH STREET.

Now there is a cost cutting that makes sense, many a time i saw the library bus just standing there at Brough by Sands with no one using it, still not gonna be enough in itself to pay for the WAR though!
