Last updated at 17:09, Wednesday, 09 January 2013
IT’S panto season and anyone who wants to shout “oh yes it is” at local performers has three opportunities this weekend.
The Brampton Players will be performing Dick Whittington at the town’s community centre.
The cast and crew have been rehearsing for the event twice a week since October.
The play sees a sultan struggle to rid his land of evil rats. He turns to the traveller Dick Whittington and his beloved cat to help fight them from his shores.
The show is being performed tonight at 7.30pm.
It will also be performed at the same time tomorrow as well as at the earlier time of 2pm.
