A blind and deaf Carlisle man was left home alone after his elderly mother was taken into hospital.
another victim of the cutbacks shame you have had to go to the press to get any answers, poor man get him a bed in restbite to his mam is fit again
surly careline if he pulled it and they was no answer would have sent someone around to investigate it. this is tipical of today.
